General Shipping
We use FedEx to ship all orders. Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. CST between Monday and Friday will ship out the same day. Our on-site shipping calculator determines rate quotes and costs. We are not responsible for shipping delays and estimates made by FedEx. We ship domestically to 48 states in the continental US.
Pallet Shipping & Pricing Changes
We have pallet shipping for large orders. If we discover inaccurate information or calculation errors, we may increase the cost of shipping to ensure accuracy.
Tracking Numbers & Confirmation
Once an order is placed you will receive an email with your confirmation and tracking number. Please check your spam folder and contact us if you did not receive this information.
Emergencies, Expedited Shipping & Alternatives
We have expedited shipping and weekend shipping options available under certain circumstance. Please contact us with any questions, including making alternate shipping arrangements with your own freight provider.
Illinois Sales Taxes
We charge sales tax to all customers in Illinois. If your business operates as a reseller in Illinois or you are a tax-exempt organization, we first need to verify this information and need a copy of your lllinois Department of Revenue license/tax exempt form before we can waive any associated sales tax. We do not charge sales taxes to customers outside Illinois.
Refunds & Replacements
Returns will generally be accepted as long as the product is in new condition, still in the original packaging, and the case is not broken. All orders will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% if the order was from inventory or 25% if it was a prebook order. Custom orders placed for items not listed on our website cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for freight costs associated with relevant returns. Due to the seasonal nature of this business, returns cannot be accepted after November 25 in the year it was purchased.
Sourcing Unlisted Products
We have relationships with many holiday manufacturers and distributors. We can source holiday products not listed on the website. Please contact us for any specific request and we will try to help you.
Warranties
Most of our lights are UL approved and we go to great lengthens to satisfy our customers. The warranties listed on the products come from manufacturers and we will generally honor them. However, if you experience any problems please contact us as soon as possible. Please include photographs and a written explanation of your problem. We also ask that you mail a sample of the defective product to us so that we can understand the problem better and ensure that it’s our product.
